FINANCIAL INFORMATION 

• Insurance Copayment and Deductibles are expected at the time of service.

• Payment plans may be established. 

• Raleigh Infectious Diseases will submit a claim to your insurance company on your behalf, however the patient is responsible for non-covered services.

• Uninsured patients should contact our office to see if you qualify for Financial Hardship Programs.

• Payment is expected at time of service.  We will notify you of any balance due once the insurance company has reported or paid any amounts due.

• Patients with unusual insurance circumstances are encouraged to contact our Accounting Department at 919-571-1567 option 7 for assistance.

• Patients are expected to keep their account in "Good Standing" by submitting payment upon receipt of invoice. Patients who fail to meet their financial obligations may be dismissed from our care.
